My journey

Hi, I’m Caroline. I’ve achieved my dream to run my own business by founding All Things Bright and becoming a self employed life coach. It has not been an easy journey to get to where I am today but I have persevered……

How my journey began….

I’ve had a long-standing desire to work for myself, be my own boss, but quite what to do was always the stumbling point. I had so many ideas but nothing ever came of them.

When I became unexpectedly redundant after nearly 15 years as a pensions administrator, I felt maybe it was an opportunity to do something different. During some google searching I stumbled upon life coaching. I found this idea appealing as I already had a certain amount of interest and common-sense understanding in this area. I looked to see what courses were available but didn’t get any further than that at the time as I accepted an offer of another position. However, becoming a life coach remained in the back of my mind, surfacing every now and then like a light flicking on.

Then early in 2020 and due to Covid-19, I was placed on Furlough and then became redundant once more. I used this time to grasp the bull by the horns and take positive steps to become a life coach and finally get to be my own boss. I chose and completed a few courses and am proud to have gained an Advanced Diploma in Life Coaching Level 5 qualification. I set up All Things Bright, my life coaching business. This is not where it ends as I will continually expand on my knowledge to make my service as valuable as I can for my clients, and am already undergoing further training.

And so my journey continues…..

I want to help you to identify what you want in life just as I have done so. I want to help you to discover what your capabilities are, and help you to set and reach your goals.
